Jack A. Cuneo

Prior to the creation of JP Venture Partners, Jack founded CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust in 2004 serving as its Chairman and CEO where he led the company to its listing as Chambers Street Properties on the NYSE (CSG) in May 2013, which merged with Gramercy Property Trust in a deal valued at $5.7 billion in December 2015.
Philip L. Kianka
Executive Managing Partner and Founder
Prior to the creation of JP Venture Partners, Phil served as the COO, CIO and executive vice president of Chambers Street Properties (CSG) and as a managing director of CBRE Global Investors and the COO of CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust, where he led a team that acquired and managed over 134 properties, both domestically and internationally, valued in excess of $3.5 billion.
